Click Sign Up on the homepage and choose whether you're joining as a client or as talent. Complete the registration form, verify your email, and your account will be active within minutes.
Clients fund a milestone before work begins. Funds are held securely and released to talent upon client approval of the completed work. 33 International charges a service fee on each transaction as displayed during checkout.
Do not release payment. Contact the talent through our messaging system to request revisions. If you cannot reach an agreement, contact our support team at support@33international.com.au within 14 days and we will assist with dispute resolution.
Go to your Work Diary dashboard and select Withdraw Funds. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days to your linked bank account or payment method.
Email us at support@33international.com.au with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please ensure all active contracts are completed and any funds are withdrawn before requesting deletion. We process deletion requests within 10 business days.
